The Incredible Movie called Benjamin Button

Saw The Curious Case of Benjamin Button last night — one of the most visually beautiful films to come along in a long time, takes place in New Orleans (my former hometown) from 1918 to Katrina.  So many stunning scenes, a deeply layered poignant love story—star crossed lovers—intriguing ideas (a man who’s born old and grows younger through the years), really great acting by the stars—Brad Pitt is always so fine and sooo good with women—Kate Blanchett was gorgeous, and the supporting actors (who nearly stole the show in my humble opinion) were marvelous.   Go see it — it makes you think about things you always took for granted —

Saw it!!! Thought it was also an incredible love letter to the city of New Orleans-Quite thoughtful- The musical score was wonderful…I could see it again.

Your jewelry is kind of New Orleans, in some ways. I love this snowfall (as I write) on your website.

Happy Year as it Arrives!

We saw it last night also, and it really is quite beautiful and poignant. I was moved by the music also, and realized at the end, that by filming scenes in New Orleans, Brad Pitt found another way to bring industry and life back into this city devastated by Katrina. That touched me as much as the movie!
