Ordering/Purchasing:

Ordering and purchasing may be done directly on our website by clicking on the pieces you have chosen and then clicking “add to cart”.  You then will be directed to secure online payment through PayPal.

Payment:

Payment is through PayPal.  It is secure and easy; you can use your credit card or debit card, and of course your PayPal account.  Major credit cards are accepted through PayPal.

You will be emailed a confirmation of your order and mailing address within 24 hours of your purchase.

Shipping:

Orders are usually shipped within 3 days upon receiving payment.  In the case of e-check payments through PayPal, I wait until they have cleared before shipping.

Domestic Shipping is $4.50 for 1st class USPS mail with tracking and insurance, regardless if you order one item or ten.

International shipping is $14.00 for first class with insurance.
However, if you live somewhere extremely exotic (the North Pole, Tanzania) the rate may be more than $14.00, and we will make every effort to have your order delivered at the most reasonable rate possible.

Returns and Exchanges:

I have a limited return/exchange policy.  However, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or if an item arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it (all items are shipped insured).  I want you to love  your adornments as much as I love making them.  So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we should be able to work out an exchange or store credit.  In the unusual case where a refund is issued, shipping cost is not refunded.

Although most (but not all) Dominion of Light Jewels pieces are one of a kind, if there is something you like that has already been sold, it may be possible to create something similar.  So let me know!
